Fire Station Roorkee brought the fire under control in the garbage dumping zone

On receiving information about the fire in the garbage dumping yard Salier, Fire Station Roorkee reached the spot and extinguished the fire completely by spreading the hose pipe with the motor fire engine and pumping it and also prevented the fire from spreading. The fire was also posing a threat to the water recycling plant built near the garbage dumping zone. Garbage etc. was burnt in the said dumping zone due to the fire, there was no other loss of life.
