जनपद बागेश्वर- इंटर कॉलेज ग्राम हड़बाड़ के समीप एक व्यक्ति संकरी गुफा के बीच में फंसा हुआ था, जो मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ था। मौके पर पहुंची फायर रेस्क्यू यूनिट द्वारा गुफा के अंदर जोखिम भरे संकरी जगह में प्रवेश कर कड़ी मशक्कत से उक्त व्यक्ति को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया।

District Bageshwar- A person who was mentally ill was trapped in the middle of a narrow cave near Inter College Village Hadbar. The fire rescue unit which reached the spot entered the dangerous narrow space inside the cave and with great difficulty took the said person out safely.
