Fire Service brought under control the huge fire that broke out in the bagasse heap of a closed winch

There was a massive fire in the bagasse heap of a closed charkha in Jhabreda, Saidabad police station area of village Behad. The fire was immediately brought under control with the tireless efforts of Fire Station Roorkee and Fire Unit Mangalore by dousing the fire with water cannons from all sides. The mine was burnt in the fire and there was no other loss of life.
