फायर सर्विस अल्मोड़ा ने सरियापनी एसडीआरएफ कैंप के पास जंगल में आग को 04 होज पाइप फैलाकर पंपिंग कर तथा एक होज रील फैलाकर आग को बुझाना शुरू करते हुए आग के दूर होने के कारण आग को फायर बीटर तथा पेड़ की टहनियों की सहायता से पीट-पीट कर कड़ी मशक्कत से बुझाया गया।

Fire Service Almora started extinguishing the fire in the forest near Sariapani SDRF Camp by pumping using 04 hose pipes and spreading one hose reel. As the fire was far away, it was extinguished with great difficulty by beating it with the help of fire beaters and tree branches.
