वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि पूंजीगत परिसम्पत्तियों के सृजन में अभिवृद्धि राज्य की शीर्ष प्राथमिकता है। सुनहरे भविष्य के लिए निजी क्षेत्र में निवेश की वृद्धि के साथ-साथ सार्वजनिक निवेश में वृद्धि के लिए विशेष प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार में भी राज्यों में निवेश को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ‘स्कीम फॉर स्पेशियल एसिस्टेटस टू स्टेट्स फॉर कैपिटल इन्वेस्टमेंट 2023-24’ के अन्तर्गत राज्यों के लिए सितम्बर 2023 तक पूंजीगत व्यय के लक्ष्य निर्धारित किए हैं।

The Finance Minister said that growth in creation of capital assets is the top priority of the state. For a bright future, special efforts are being made to increase investment in the private sector as well as increase public investment. He said that in order to promote investment in the states, the Central Government has also set capital expenditure targets for the states till September 2023 under the 'Scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment 2023-24'.
