भारतीय वायुसेना का सुपरसोनिक लड़ाकू विमान मिग-21, 62 साल की गौरवशाली सेवा के बाद विदाई ले रहा है। 1963 में शामिल हुआ यह विमान 1965 और 1971 के युद्ध, कारगिल संघर्ष और 2019 के बालाकोट ऑपरेशन में महत्वपूर्ण रहा। अब इसकी अंतिम उड़ान भरी जाएगी और इसके स्थान पर स्वदेशी एलसीए तेजस वायुसेना की ताकत बनेगा।

India's Air Force supersonic fighter jet MiG-21 is taking farewell after 62 years of glorious service. Inducted in 1963, the aircraft played a key role in the 1965 and 1971 wars, the Kargil conflict, and the 2019 Balakot operation. Its final flight will be conducted soon, and it will be replaced by the indigenous LCA Tejas.
