उत्तरकाशी के रामलीला मैदान में मंगसीर की बगवाल धूमधाम से शुरू हो गई। तीन दिवसीय इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन गंगोत्री विधायक सुरेश चौहान ने किया, जिसमें सांस्कृतिक झांकियां, लोकनृत्य, पौराणिक परिधान और पारंपरिक व्यंजन मुख्य आकर्षण हैं और माना जाता है कि यह उत्सव वीर माधव सिंह भंडारी की तिब्बत विजय की याद में मनाया जाता है।

The Mangsir Bagwal festival began with great enthusiasm at the Ramlila Ground in Uttarkashi. The three-day event features cultural tableaux, folk dances, traditional attire, and local delicacies as its main attractions, and it is believed that the festival is celebrated in remembrance of Veer Madhav Singh Bhandari’s victory over Tibet.
