हल्द्वानी में कुमाऊं कमिश्नर दीपक रावत ने सीएससी सेंटर पर छापा मारकर फर्जी स्थाई निवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के रैकेट का खुलासा किया। छापेमारी में दस्तावेज लेखक को रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया और सेंटर से कई संवेदनशील दस्तावेज व डुप्लीकेट आवेदनों की फाइलें बरामद हुईं, जिसके बाद अधिकारियों ने आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
