Elephant attack in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, elderly man dies

According to reports, a 70-year-old man was killed in an elephant attack in the Lansdowne forest division near Kotdwar. It has been reported that he had gone into the forest area to collect fodder/wood when the elephant attacked him. After the incident was reported, forest officials and police reached the spot and recovered the body.
