गांधी नगर में भाजपा के हल्द्वानी सीट के प्रत्याशी जोगेन्द्र पाल सिंह रौतेला के समर्थन में बिना इजाजत नुक्कड़ बैठक करने पर चुनाव आयोग ने जोगेन्द्र पाल सिंह रौतेला को नोटिस भेजा है। इसी दौरान कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ताओं ने उनके खिलाफ नारेबाजी कर दी। जिससे दोनों पक्षों में झड़प हो गई, पुलिस द्वारा मामले को शांत किया गया।
