जानकारी के अनुसार, शुक्रवार रात दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत उत्तर भारत के कई हिस्सों में भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए, जिससे लोग घबराकर घरों से बाहर निकल आए। बताया गया कि रिक्टर स्केल पर इसकी तीव्रता 5.9 रही और इसका केंद्र अफगानिस्तान के हिंदू कुश क्षेत्र में बताया गया, हालांकि किसी बड़े नुकसान की खबर नहीं है।
