कांवड़ मेला शुरू होने से पहले पंचायती अखाड़ा महानिर्वाणी की ओर से हरिद्वार के दक्षेश्वर महादेव मंदिर और ऋषिकेश के नीलकंठ महादेव मंदिर में श्रद्धालुओं के लिए ड्रेस कोड लागू कर दिया गया है। हाफ पैन्ट, फटी जींस, मिनी स्कर्ट, नाइट सूट पहनकर आने वालों को मंदिर में प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा।

Before the commencement of the Kanwar Mela, a dress code has been implemented by Panchayati Akhara Mahanirvani for the devotees at Daksheshwar Mahadev Temple in Haridwar and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple in Rishikesh. Those who come wearing half pant, torn jeans, mini skirt, night suit will not get entry in the temple.
