Doon Police arrested two accused who committed chain robbery with an elderly woman. Police recovered the chain robbed in the incident from the possession of the accused. The accused Vikram was sitting in the vehicle with the elderly woman and seeing the opportunity, they snatched the chain from the woman and ran away.
