देहरादून पुलिस ने रायवाला क्षेत्र में हुई स्कूटी चोरी का खुलासा कर आरोपी को चोरी की गई स्कूटी सहित गिरफ्तार किया। नशे की लत के कारण उसने स्कूटी चुराई थी। पुलिस ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज और मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर कार्रवाई की।
