कड़कड़ाती ठंड को देखते हुए डीएम हरिद्वार कर्मेंद्र सिंह व एसएसपी प्रमेन्द्र सिंह डोबाल द्वारा अपने मातहतों के साथ क्षेत्र में निकलकर बस अड्डे से लेकर हर की पैड़ी व रैन बसेरों तक जरूरतमंदों को कंबल वितरण करने के साथ-साथ विभिन्न जगहों पर अलाव की व्यवस्थाओं को परखा व उनको चाय वितरित कर जानकारियां हासिल की।

In view of the biting cold, DM Haridwar Karmendra Singh and SSP Pramod Singh Dobal, along with their subordinates, went out in the area and distributed blankets to the needy from the bus stand to Har Ki Pauri, as well as checked the arrangements for bonfires at various places and distributed tea to them and gathered information.
