जानकारी के अनुसार, हरिद्वार में डीएम मयूर दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में शहर से लेकर गांवों तक स्वच्छता अभियान लगातार चल रहा है और अभियान को तेज करने के लिए 31 जनवरी तक ‘महास्वच्छता पखवाड़ा’ चलाया जा रहा है। बताया गया कि कूड़े की छंटनी कर 29 क्विंटल प्लास्टिक अपशिष्ट निस्तारित किया गया, जिससे करीब 29 हजार रुपये की आय भी हुई।

According to reports, a cleanliness drive is continuously underway in Haridwar under the leadership of DM Mayur Dixit, covering the city as well as villages. It has been reported that after segregating the waste, 29 quintals of plastic waste were disposed of, generating an income of around ₹29,000.
