उत्तराखण्ड में आयोजित अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रवासी उत्तराखण्डी सम्मेलन के तीसरे सत्र में कौशल विकास और विदेश में रोजगार की संभावना पर विचार विमर्श किया गया। इस दौरान उच्च शिक्षा सचिव डॉ0 रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा ने सत्र की विषय वस्तु रखते हुए बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड सरकार युवाओं के कौशल विकास पर जोर दे रही है।

In the third session of the International Migrant Uttarakhandi Conference held in Uttarakhand, discussions were held on skill development and the possibility of employment abroad. During this, Higher Education Secretary Dr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha  said that the Uttarakhand government is emphasizing on skill development of the youth.
