खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड में मानसून और चारधाम यात्रा से पहले आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग पूरी तरह अलर्ट मोड में है। बताया गया है कि लगातार मॉक ड्रिल कराई जा रही हैं और जल्द ही एनआईडीएम के साथ वर्कशॉप व प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित होंगे, ताकि किसी भी आपदा की स्थिति में त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
