श्री अशोक कुमार आईपीएस, डजीपी महोदय ने डायल 112 कन्ट्रोल रुम का औचक निरीक्षण कर संचालन के सम्बन्ध में अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने कंट्रोल रूम में प्राप्त होने वाली शिकायतों, पुलिस के रिस्पांस टाइम, शिकायतों के निस्तारण हेतु कार्यवाही का जायजा लिया।

Mr. Ashok Kumar IPS, DGP sir made a surprise inspection of the Dial 112 control room and gave necessary guidelines to the officers regarding its operations. During the inspection, he took stock of the complaints received in the control room, the response time of the police and the action taken to redress the complaints.
