Shri Abhinav Kumar, Director General of Police, Uttarakhand paid a courtesy visit to Governor Gurmit Singh at Raj Bhavan. During this, he apprised the Hon'ble Governor about the law and order situation in the state as well as the police arrangements during the Char Dham Yatra and Kanwar Yatra.
