देवबंद-रुड़की नई रेलवे लाइन परियोजना की 29.55 किलोमीटर लंबाई को रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त (सीआरएस) की मंजूरी मिल गई है। इस नई लाइन के चालू होने से दिल्ली और देहरादून के बीच रेलवे की दूरी लगभग 40 किलोमीटर कम हो जाएगी, जिससे यात्रा समय में उल्लेखनीय कमी आएगी।

The 29.55 km length of Deoband-Roorkee new railway line project has received the approval of the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS). With the commissioning of this new line, the railway distance between Delhi and Dehradun will be reduced by about 40 km, which will significantly reduce the travel time.
