बद्रीनाथ में चारधाम होटल एसोसिएशन की बैठक में प्रतिनिधियों ने 2026 यात्रा से पहले बद्री-केदार धामों में लागू यात्री संख्या सीमा हटाने की मांग की और कहा कि इससे यात्रा और स्थानीय कारोबार प्रभावित हो रहा है। होटल संचालकों ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि सरकार ने यह व्यवस्था खत्म नहीं की तो 2026 यात्रा के पहले दिन वे अपने होटल बंद रखेंगे।

At a meeting of the Char Dham Hotel Association in Badrinath, representatives demanded the removal of the passenger limit imposed on the Badrinath–Kedarnath pilgrimage route before 2026 yatra. Hotel operators warned that if the government does not withdraw this rule, they will keep their hotels closed on the first day of the 2026 yatra.
