राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) से मंगलवार को राजभवन में विकासनगर से आये सिख समुदाय के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मुलाकात कर सिख नववर्ष की बधाई दी। राज्यपाल ने भी उन्हें चेत संक्रान्त और नानकशाही के 555वें संवत की बधाई व शुभकामनाएं दी। राज्यपाल ने सिख नववर्ष के अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों के सुख, समृद्धि और खुशहाली की कामना की।

A delegation of the Sikh community from Vikas Nagar met Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (Retd) at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday and greeted him for the Sikh New Year. The Governor also congratulated him on Chet Sankranti and the 555th Samvat of Nanakshahi. The Governor wished happiness, and prosperity to the people of the state on the occasion of the Sikh New Year.
