देहरादून प्रशासन ने तय किया है कि बिजली, पानी, सीवरेज और गैस पाइपलाइन जैसे भूमिगत निर्माण कार्यों की अनुमति अब 10 नवंबर के बाद ही दी जाएगी और सड़क खोदने की इजाज़त केवल रात 10 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक मिलेगी। प्रशासन ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि अनुमति से अधिक खुदाई करने पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

The Dehradun administration has decided that permissions for underground construction works such as electricity, water, sewerage, and gas pipelines will now be granted only after November 10. Road digging will be allowed only between 10 PM and 6 AM, and any excess excavation will invite strict action.
