खबर के अनुसार, देहरादून नगर निगम ने पालतू कुत्तों के लिए नए सख्त नियम लागू किए हैं। नियमों के तहत कुत्ते के काटने पर शिकायत के आधार पर मालिक पर एफआईआर हो सकती है और कुत्ता जब्त किया जाएगा। वहीं, रात में लगातार भौंकने पर भी शिकायत मिलने पर पहले नोटिस दिया जाएगा, फिर चालान की कार्रवाई होगी।

According to reports, the Dehradun Municipal Corporation has implemented strict new rules for pet dogs. If a dog bites someone, an FIR may be filed against the owner based on a complaint and the dog can be seized. Also, If a dog keeps barking at night, the owner will first get a notice, and repeat complaints may lead to a challan.
