Dehradun Police arrested accused with stolen vehicle

Dehradun Police solved two incidents of vehicle theft and arrested the accused with two stolen vehicles (Bullet and Scooty). Both the accused are drug addicts and committed these incidents to fulfill their drug addiction. The vehicles were stolen from the railway station and Paltan Bazaar.
