दीपक बिजल्वाण विधानसभा चुनाव में यमुनोत्री से कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी हैं। दीपक बिजल्वाण की उम्र 36 साल है, इस प्रकार वे 70 विधानसभाओं में सबसे युवा प्रत्याशी हैं। दीपक बिजल्वाण सबसे पहले पुरोला महाविद्यालय में छात्र संघ चुनाव में उतरे। वहीं से उनके जीत का सफर शुरू हुआ। यूथ कांग्रेस में भी दीपक ने चुनाव में जाकर जीत हासिल की थी।
