Dedication of former IG and Colonel towards villages in Uttarakhand

In Uttarakhand, former IG Bimla Gunjiyal and retired Army Colonel Yashpal Singh Negi have set an inspiring example by dedicating themselves to village service. While Bimla Gunjiyal is contesting for the position of village head from Gunji village in Dharchula, Col. Negi has been unanimously elected as the village head of Birgan in Pauri.
