जम्मू-कश्मीर में अत्यधिक बारिश से भारी नुकसान हुआ है। माता वैष्णो देवी यात्रा मार्ग पर भूस्खलन से 30 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि कई नदियों ने खतरे का निशान पार कर कई इलाकों में बाढ़ जैसे हालात पैदा कर दिए। वहीं सेना और एजेंसियों द्वारा बचाव कार्य लगातार जारी है।
