Dam broken due to flood in Baigul river, flood water entered dozens of houses

Due to continuous torrential rains in Sitarganj and surrounding areas of Udham Singh Nagar district, there was a sudden increase in the water level of the Baigul River. The flood broke the dam built near Bamanpuri village. Apart from this, another dam has been damaged. Due to the breach of the dam, water has entered more than half a dozen houses in Bamanpari village situated on the banks of the river. The flood-affected people have been shifted to safer places by the administration.
