अरब सागर में उठा चक्रवात ‘शक्ति’ तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रहा है और अगले 24 घंटे में गंभीर रूप ले सकता है, जिसको देखते हुए आईएमडी ने 3 से 7 अक्टूबर तक महाराष्ट्र के मुंबई, ठाणे, पालघर, रायगढ़, रत्नागिरी और सिंधुदुर्ग जिलों में तेज हवाओं और भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है और मछुआरों को समुद्र से दूर रहने की सलाह दी गई है।

Cyclone ‘Shakti’ over the Arabian Sea is rapidly intensifying and may take a severe form within the next 24 hours. In view of this, the IMD has issued an alert from October 3 to 7 for strong winds and heavy rainfall in Maharashtra’s Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg districts.
