राजभवन देहरादून में आयोजित वसंतोत्सव-2025 के प्रथम दिवस के अवसर पर  सांस्कृतिक संध्या का आयोजन किया गया। राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर इस रंगारंग कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा आयोजित सांस्कृतिक संध्या में उत्तराखण्ड की पारंपरिक लोक कलाओं की मनमोहक प्रस्तुतियां देखने को मिलीं।
