मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में जोशीमठ भू-धंसाव के सम्बंध में शासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इस समय एक-एक क्षण बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, प्रभावित क्षेत्र में रह रहे लोगों को अविलम्ब सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्ट किया जाए।
