दिनांक 02.09.2022 को जनपद नैनीताल के थाना भवाली में नियुक्त आरक्षी बृजेश कुंवर निवासी ग्राम रपली, जिला पिथौरागढ़ का आकस्मिक निधन हो गया। विगत महीनों से आरक्षी का ब्रेन ट्यूमर होने के कारण हायर सेंटर राम मूर्ति अस्पताल बरेली से उपचार चल रहा था। परंतु बीती सुबह अचानक स्वास्थ्य बिगड़ने से आरक्षी ने दम तोड दिया।  श्री पंकज भट्ट, एसएसपी नैनीताल द्वारा आरक्षी के पार्थिव शरीर को रानीबाग के चित्रशिला घाट में सुसज्जित सेरेमोनियल गार्द के साथ शोक सलामी दी गई।

On 02.09.2022, the constable Brijesh Kunwar, a resident of village Rapali, district Pithoragarh, appointed in the police station of Nainital, died suddenly. For the past months, the constable was undergoing treatment from Higher Center Ram Murti Hospital Bareilly due to a brain tumor. But last morning, suddenly the constable died due to deteriorating health. Shri Pankaj Bhatt, SSP Nainital gave a condolence salute to the body of the constable at Chitrashila Ghat, Ranibagh with well-equipped ceremonial guards.
