कांग्रेस ने शुक्रवार को कांग्रेस भवन में प्रेस वार्ता की। बैठक में मौजूद पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत ने राज्य के इष्ट देवताओं को आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा सिलक्यार टनल में फंसे 41 श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकालना एक बड़ी चुनौती था। लेकिन रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन सफल हुआ। हरीश रावत ने कहा कि रैट माइनर्स ने रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में अहम भूमिका निभाई। इसे देखते हुए कांग्रेस के विधायकों ने फैसला लिया है कि अपने एक माह का वेतन रैट माइनर्स को देकर उन्हें सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
