Congress called BJP's vision letter a 'jumla letter'

Congress's national spokesperson Gouvar Vallabh has described BJP's vision paper as a 'jumla letter'. He said that the BJP has pasted the copy of the 'jumla letter' of 2017. He said that Uttarakhand is at number one in the matter of unemployment in the country, there is no concrete talk about employment in this jumla.
