CM Pushkar Singh Dhami - Congress always works on the policy of appeasement

On the formation of Muslim University in Uttarakhand by Congress leader, CM Dhami said that Congress always works on the policy of appeasement. He said that on one hand the Congress talks about doing Char Dham Char Kaam and on the other it talks about building a Muslim University.
