CM Dhami pays tribute to late General Bipin Rawat on his death anniversary

Today, CM Dhami paid tribute to India’s first Chief of Defense Staff, the late General Bipin Rawat, by laying a wreath at his statue in the park at Kanak Chowk, Dehradun, on his fourth death anniversary. He also observed two minutes of silence along with public representatives, soldiers, citizens, praying for the peace of departed soul.
