मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अर्पित फाउंडेशन के अभिनंदन समारोह में कहा कि यह सम्मान उत्तराखंड की जनता के सहयोग का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में अब पारदर्शी परीक्षाएं हो रही हैं क्योंकि सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। साथ ही, उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य है जहां समान नागरिक संहिता लागू की गई है।

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, at the felicitation ceremony organized by Arpit Foundation, said the honor reflects the support of Uttarakhand's people. He highlighted the implementation of the country’s strictest anti-cheating law ensuring fair exams and noted that Uttarakhand is the first state to enforce the Uniform Civil Code.
