सीएम धामी ने थारू इंटर कॉलेज खटीमा में आयोजित सम्मान समारोह कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए ₹337.17 लाख के तीन कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया। सीएम द्वारा शिलान्यास की गई योजनाओं में ₹183.77 लाख की लागत से ग्राम कल्याणपुर, रुद्रपुर के प्रशासनिक क्षेत्र में लगभग 1.5 किमी में सड़क के दोनों ओर पाथ-वे निर्माण कार्य।
