CM Dhami launches ambitious project 'Kavach'

During the one-day district tour program in Rudraprayag on the previous day, CM Dhami held a review meeting of the schemes operated under the departments in the multipurpose building located at the guest house of GMVN. During this, CM Dhami also launched the ambitious project 'Kavach' prepared for children, old people and disabled people.
