इस अवसर पर उन्होंने पंजीकरण काउन्टर, कैन्टीन एवं वार्डों का निरीक्षण कर भर्ती मरीजों एवं ओपीडी में आए रोगियों से मुलाकात की एवं उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। सीएम ने कहा कि यह कुमाऊँ क्षेत्र का सबसे बड़ा चिकित्सालय है। यहां पर्वतीय क्षेत्र के साथ ही उत्तर प्रदेश के रोगी भी अपने उपचार के लिए आते हैं।
