सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन देहरादून में तीन दिवसीय 17वीं उत्तराखण्ड राज्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी कांग्रेस-2023 के अन्तर्गत ‘प्रथम ग्रामीण विज्ञान कांग्रेस’ का शुभारम्भ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने वैज्ञानिकों को विज्ञान पुरोधा सम्मान से सम्मानित भी किया।
