सीएम धामी ने धामी ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव ऑफिसर्स कॉन्फ्रेंस का शुभारंभ करते हुए कहा कि राज्य के समग्र विकास हेतु मसूरी में आयोजित चिंतन शिविर में जो सुझाव सामने आये थे, उन सभी को धरातल पर लाया जाए। सीएम ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को वर्ष 2025 तक देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए सभी अधिकारियों को पूरी प्रशासनिक नेतृत्व क्षमता से कार्य करना होगा।
