सीएम धामी ने बॉलीवुड गायक जुबिन नौटियाल को बेस्ट प्लेबैक सिंगर मेल का अवार्ड मिलने पर बधाई दी तथा उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने कहा कि गायक जुबिन नौटियाल को मिला यह सम्मान राज्य का भी सम्मान है। इससे युवाओं को भी प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
