सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन देहरादून स्थित आईआरडीटी  सभागार में राज्य स्थापना दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर आयोजित सर्वभाषा कवि सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि पिछले 22 सालों में उत्तराखण्ड विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आगे बढ़ा है। सीएम ने कविता को आत्मा की अभिव्यक्ति तथा दिल से निकली आवाज बताते हुए कहा कि जिसका दिल साफ होगा और मन में दया, पीड़ा होगी वही कविता लिख सकता है।

While addressing the Sarvabhasha Kavi Sammelan organized on the eve of State Foundation Day at IRDT Auditorium, Dehradun on the previous day, CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand has progressed in various fields in the last 22 years, the CM said that the one whose heart will be clean and there will be compassion and pain in the mind, only he can write poetry.
