सिटी हरिद्वार कोतवाल राकेन्द्र कठैत ने बीते दिन अपनी टीम एसएसआई विनोद थपलियाल व चौकी इंचार्जों सप्तऋषि, खडखड़ी, मायापुर के साथ मिलकर अभियान चलाते हुए चोर रस्ते से नो एण्ट्री जोन में घुसे 40 वाहनों जिसमें ई-रिक्शा और ऑटो रिक्शा शामिल थे, को मोटर विहिकल एक्ट के तहत सीज किया गया।
