Circle rates increased in Uttarakhand, property purchase becomes costlier

After two years, the circle rates in Uttarakhand have been increased by up to 22%. The government made this decision in view of the rapid construction activities and the rising demand for land transactions. With the revised rates, purchasing houses and shops in the state has now become more expensive.
