Chief Secretary reviews the progress of Uttarakhand Landslide Mitigation and Management Center

Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu reviewed the progress of the Uttarakhand Landslide Mitigation and Management Center at the Secretariat on the previous day. The Chief Secretary directed Secretary Disaster to expedite the establishment of the center and said that this center is to be made of world class. The Chief Secretary said that the focus should be on world-class expertise to maintain quality in the works of this center. Only professionals from the relevant field should be posted in this center.
