मुख्य सचिव श्री आनन्द बर्द्धन ने आज सचिवालय में पीएमश्री और लखपति दीदी योजना की समीक्षा बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में भी पीएमश्री योजना की तर्ज पर स्कूलों के आधुनिकी -करण के लिए योजना संचालित की जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि पीएमश्री योजना के अंतर्गत चयनित स्कूलों को पाँच वर्षों तक ₹40-40 लाख की सहायता (कुल ₹2 करोड़) दी जाती है।

Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan held a review meeting today on the PM Shri and Lakhpati Didi schemes at the Secretariat. He proposed launching a PM Shri–style initiative in Uttarakhand to modernize schools. He informed that under the PM Shri scheme, selected schools receive financial assistance of ₹40 lakh per year for five years.
